Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I have to create an account if I want to order online?  No. You can use the PayPal checkout button or enter you information in the correct fields. You will still be asked for billing and shipping information, but this will only be used to process your order.

2. What methods of payments do you accept?  Our website accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit Cards.

3. Do I have to use a credit card to order on your website?  No. We also offer PayPal as additional payment option.

4. Can I order by telephone or other method?  No, at the moment all orders will go through the website.

5. Can I order online and pick up at the store?  Yes. Place your order online, select in-person pick-up which will provide you with pickup instructions.

6.  I can't find an item on you site, can I still order it?  Yes. If you can not find an item you are looking for, please contact us at (404) 682-6671 and we can discuss what you are looking for and help you place the order.

7.  What are my shipping options?  We currently use the USPS.

8.  Do you have minimums?  No, we don't.

9.  How thick/heavy/cheap are your shirts?  We only use good quality t-shirts.

10.  What is your turnaround time?  Standard turnaround for shoes are 10-14 business days, and t-shirt standard turnaround is 3-5 days. Sometime orders can process quicker depending on supply in stock.

11.  Can you ship my order?  Absolutely! We ship to any state in the USA.

12.  When will I recieve my order?  In-stock products typically ship within 48 hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will upon product availability and selected shipping methods.

13.  Are there any hidden fees?  No.

14.  What is your Refund/Return policy?  There are no refunds/returns on customized items, so please ensure that all details are correct before you place your order. Any items that  is defective will be refunded or replaced. We are in the business to keeping our customers pleased and happy!
